How You Can Help

Donation

Donations from Australian citizens are tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt via email or mail. CHIA incurs no administration costs in Australia other than a 5% fee which covers generating and sending tax-deductible receipts and bank fees for the transfer of funds from Australia to Vietnam. Within Vietnam, the cost of administering donations and beneficiaries is kept to a maximum of 15% unless specifically agreed by the donor.

Donations from US citizens are now also tax-deductible, donations from US citizens need to be made to Global Development Group USA Inc as our development partner in USA, Routing Number 263179804, Checking Account Number 100003959951, Savings Account Number 39599501, address of that organisation is 1314 Longwood Oaks Blvd, Lakeland, Florida 33811, USA. Donors should stipulate that the donation is to go to "Project J156 - CHIA's Quang Nam Project Vietnam", also ask them to email us to clarify who the donation is from so we can issue the receipt and report on activities.

AUD$20/USD$16 per month would pay for a 40kg bag of rice monthly for a poor family
AUD$70/USD$50 per month would pay for broad-nutrition milk formula for a seriously ill and malnourished child, a full-time nanny for an infant who has lost their mother, or provide treatments for 80 children per month by a Vietnamese physiotherapist.
