Fundraising
Many children have been assisted through the generous support of individuals and community groups who have organised fundraising events and activities and donated the proceeds to CHIA. If anyone is able to help raise money for CHIA by organising a fundraising event, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact Robyn for further information.
Calling all schools
Many schools around the world include social justice and community support programs in their curriculum. Having a school choose to support CHIA not only benefits the many children CHIA assists but also provides students the opportunity to learn about Vietnam and how Vietnamese children’s lives differ from their own. If you are a teacher, parent, student or have a relationship with a particular school, please help us by recommending that CHIA be included as a beneficiary in the school’s program. Boots for Broads, a footwear business based in Canberra, Australia donates a percentage from each shoe sale to CHIA. Their last donation was used to purchase toys for our special education and play therapy program. |
